Cancellation and Refund
Order Cancellation:
Customers may request cancellation of their order within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is processed and shipped, whichever is earlier.
Once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately using the contact details provided below.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- The order was successfully cancelled within the allowed time frame.
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is unavailable or cannot be shipped due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Refund requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with proper evidence such as photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds may not be applicable in the following cases:
- Orders cancelled after shipment has been dispatched.
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
- Custom-made or special export orders prepared specifically for the buyer.
- Delays caused by customs clearance, logistics providers, or natural events.
Refund Process:
Once the refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Return of Goods:
If a return is required, customers must ship the product back to the company in its original condition, packaging, and documentation.
Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).
International Orders:
For international transactions, refunds will be processed after the returned goods are received and inspected. Any custom duties, taxes, or shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
